1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products: 

– Returns are not accepted for food items.

– Customized products, including cakes and cupcakes made to your specifications, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions: 

1) Incorrect or Damaged Products: 

   – If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. 

2) Quality Issues: 

   – If you believe the product does not meet quality standards, provide detailed information and supporting evidence (e.g., photos) within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. 

Refunds are not granted for: 

– Change of mind after purchase. 

– Delays caused by third-party delivery services or events beyond our control. 

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved: 

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

– Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

2) Include the following information: 

   – Order number. 

   – Date of purchase. 

   – Detailed description of the issue. 

   – Supporting evidence, such as photos. 

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. 

5. Delivery Costs and Fees

– Refunds for delivery fees are available only if the issue was caused by Y2 Delights (e.g., incorrect order fulfilment). 

– If a replacement is issued due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of redelivery. 

 6. Cancellations

– Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase. 

– Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as the preparation of fresh ingredients may have already begun. 

 7. Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds are subject to the following conditions: 

– The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 

– All supporting evidence must be provided for review. 

– Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the specific circumstances and our ability to resolve the issue (e.g., replacement or partial refund).
